As lifelong Texans, that rhythm is part of who we are. It’s rooted in community, in tradition, and in the kind of connection you only find when people take the time to slow down and enjoy the moment.
What began as a casual “we should…” turned into something much bigger; a destination for those searching for a truly unique liquor store experience in East Texas.

We built Gaucho’s with a clear point of view: East Texas deserves access to exceptional spirits without the barriers.
As a locally owned liquor store in Troup, Texas, just outside Tyler, Texas, we’re proud to bring a curated, big city level selection of bourbon, whiskey, tequila and fine spirits to our East Texas community.
Our philosophy is simple: no gatekeeping. No holding rare bottles behind the counter. No “preferred customer” lists. From everyday favorites to rare and allocated finds, everything we carry is available at MSRP; because great whiskey should be accessible to everyone, not just a select few.
After exploring multiple locations across Smith County, choosing Troup felt right. It’s home, and we’re here to serve it well.
